April is the Month of the Military Child 💜

We proudly recognize and honor the strength, resilience, and sacrifices of our military-connected students.

April is an important month for East Carteret High School as it marks the Month of the Military Child. This is a time when the school recognizes and honors the sacrifices and contributions made by military children. The school community comes together to show their support for these children who have to deal with unique challenges such as frequent moves, separation from parents, and adjusting to new schools and friends.
East Carteret High School is showing their support for military kids and their families with a Purple Up! event. By coming together and wearing purple, the school is sending a message of unity and support to those who have given so much. Purple Up! is a way that we can show our appreciation for military connected students and the sacrifices they make every day.
